Loving this unit so far. I'm new to smokers so I'm having fun trying different stuff. No issues with the controls on the unit and the app is working well for me so far.
Packaging was good and assembly straight forward. Instructions could have been a bit clearer, but thats a universal truth anymore. I do recommend (as do the Instructions) to have at least one helper for assembly as the top unit is a little heavy and awkward to get mounted solo. The rest is no big deal. Took an hour or so in front of the TV.

I have cooked on this grill 6 weekends in a row, AMAZING. I'm not sure why I have had a smoker before now but this is the best purchase I made for my hunting cabin other than the cabin itself.

I had bought the 450-b at a black Friday deal 5 years ago. Loved it so much that I bought the 11002b and love this grill even more. The options and how much you can cook is crazy. The wifi is a added bonus and bigger hopper for over night cooks. Biggest pro, hood comes insulated. If you live in the north you can smoke on this thing and have no problems

So far so good. I've already done 4 racks of ribs and made 61 meatball poppers. Everything came out absolutely delicious!

I have used this pellet smoker numerous times since I bought it and I love it! I’ve smoked pork, beef, poultry, and seafood on it in the past week and I am more than happy with my purchase. Between the Bluetooth and the WiFi, a perfect cook is fool proof! I am also excited that my 12 year old son will never have to worry about buying a grill in his lifetime. He’ll obviously get my hand me downs until I kick the bucket and it transfers to him. #generationalwealth

I’ve only cooked a pork but and deer burgers it did the pork but fine but you don’t get the easy char option with this model with burgers or steak I’m probably going to fix the auger motor on my Pitboss Austin xl and sell this one
