Assembly was easy, put it together by myself. Used it twice so far, smoked two naked pork butts for tamales. Cold smoked (160F) them for 6 hours because the were still frozen after 3 days in the refrigerator. Dialed it up to 225F to get them to 160F. Finished in the oven. Decent smoke flavor. Having wifi control and temp probes makes managing a cook a breeze. Can't wait to get my next one in 5 years.

Better than expected

The assembly process is more than some others, but the instructions are detailed and they make sense.
The operation of the grill is, as anticipated, slightly different, but again, logical. The burn-in process went well, and the first cook went well. Love the multiple temperature ports and the ability to remove ash easily. Would like to reach a higher temp, as needed, but it’s not a huge drawback.

First time ever using a pellet grill. I smoked a Boston Butt overnight. The best pork roast I’ve ever eaten in my life! Too easy, wish I would’ve bought one long ago!

Good Smoker with excellent features

Build quality is great. It's obvious they took great care in the packaging for shipping. That says a lot to me about attention to details. It was an simple assembly. I did use power tools so it was a little quicker. I like the wifi and phone app feature. Came with two thermometer probes, a sturdy grill cover, and smoking tube.
First item smoked was a turkey. Could've used a little more smoke flavor but probably due to cooking at a higher temperature. The outside temperature was 18 degrees farenheit and the PID did a great job keeping the temperature consistent.
I'll try a brisket next but will cook at a lower temp and use the smoking tube. Hopefully will get better results.

New pellet grill user

I have never cooked on a pellet grill before so this is my first one all I’ve done is initial firing to burn the oils off but plan to do some smoked baby back ribs this weekend very excited the grill was easy to assemble the only thing that I would ask is a little more communication After the purchase. I’m a nervous person when I buy things online and it took a long time to get it shipped, but I do understand you guys had a great sale and it’s Christmas time but just a little more communication when you’re spending as much money here’s to hoping I get to use all next 10 grills
