not recommended for note-taking

I bought this tablet couple of days ago, and I am going to refund it tomorrow. sound quality is the best part of this tablet. the screen is good but not the best. There are some lags while running some Apps. The main reason I bought this tablet was for serious note-taking, and the pen with this tablet is not "Pro" and not even "Precise 3"! I tried different note-taking apps and every time same results. Compared to my old Samsung tablet and my Surface Pro 3, the pen on this tablet is a real downgrade.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Premium hardware pairing with mediocre software

The result is a less than satisfied experience.
The hardware is supposed to be fast, it shows in game. Every game I threw at it, it ran perfectly smooth.
Yet you lag in recent app animation from system UI..... That's just terrible.
If you plan to flash custom ROM this tablet is perfect, otherwise this might be a bit disappointing, to watch such beautifully built tablet plague by garbage software

So far I'm very pleased with this product I've only had it for a week and I love it. I just wanted something that I can use to surf the net or watch a movie and even listen to music, which sounds awesome by the way. The picture quality is beautiful, the weight of this tablet is very light and the screen is a perfect size for me. I have a Samsung TAB A and it still performs well, I just wanted something bigger and faster and the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro ticks all the boxes for me. I have had great experience with Lenovo products in the past, I still have a Lenovo Laptop and the only thing I replaced was the battery. It still works great but I can't load Windows 11 on it. Plan to purchase a new Laptop in the near future and it will most likely be a Lenovo. The Lenovo Tab P12 Pro came with Android 11 but as soon as I set it up there was a update waiting to be installed Android 12, sweet. I would definitely recommend this product for everyday users.

Horrible software

Yes it is fast and the screen is amazing. The software sucks, especially the on-screen keyboard which is unusable (i ended up smashing it because of the keyboard).
Also had multiple issues with the screen going black, at one point it wouldn't turn on for a couple days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent product

In my opinion, it is excellent hardware if you need a device for entertainment and medium work. It is super light and thin, easy to carry. I thought the size would be too big, but it's the perfect size for a mobile device. Compared to the iPad Pro 12" dimensions, I prefer this aspect ratio. The colors on the screen are fantastic, it is not at the level of the iPad Pro, but if you do not require exact color calibration this screen is almost at the level of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. I think that Lenovo offers the best tablet on the market in relation to "quality-price". Pen writing experience is good, the lag is low. If you are looking for a tablet to draw, I think the iPad is the best decision, but if you are looking for a tablet to study and take notes, this is the best alternative without a doubt. The only negative aspect is the software, Android is great on smartphones, but it is not optimized for large screens and multitasking. my wife has an iPad mini with iPadOS 16 and the user experience is exquisite and unique. The ability to have floating windows, fluidity, and multitasking is great. Finally, I can say the best apps are in the App Store, the apps work best on iPadOS. In this sense, I think Android has a lot to improve.

Fantastic tablet!

I bought it not for notes, but for movies and games on the oled display. He does an excellent job with this. Super bright, rich and super clear screen. Everything is smooth and fast. Really good sound. Looks premium with almost 90% screen-to-body ratio and less than 6mm thick. The best for this price. Highly satisfied!

Very satisfied with this purchase. Does the job nicely. Can do all my office tasks, can look over important documents with great clarity without having to magnify sections of a page. The size and functionality is exactly what I was hoping for. Premium product at a fraction of what Samsung wants for their top tier tablets.

Great tablet, solid metal body, clear, rich, AMOLED screen, great quad sound, included charging brick, usb~c cable, precision pen & headphone dongle are a nice addition (well done Lenovo). All in all a top end tablet at a great price!!
