Love it but.....

Love the functionality of this device. Had it for about 6 months and I took it out of my bag and there is a crack all the way across the screen. Come to find out by reading some forums that this is a known issue due to the extremely thin bezel. It is way too flexible so when you open and close it the screen flexes and will randomly Crack even with careful use. This is a known issue but they are still selling the product without some kind of screen replacement program? Not happy!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Book2 Pro 360

Bought the Book2 Pro 360 during pre-order. I have gaming laptops that perform extremely well but also are thick and heavy. I needed someone for work and on the go. For people complaining about heat and noise, it's simple, turn your performance down and quit trying to play CoD on it. The fan is seriously not loud like some people make it and there is a "quiet" mode. My fans (plural) on my gaming laptop are loud. But overall I love the laptop. It does exactly what I need it to do. I rarely use the touchscreen or the pen but the functions are there if I want them. I can use my Tab S8 Ultra as a aux monitor with ease. However, I use my curved 50in Samsung monitor as my primary screen when at my desk ;). My Buds2 Pro connect without doing anything to them. My wife has a Samsung Book and it works just as good. Super thin. Super light. Performs perfectly. Great laptop Samsung. No complaints here.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the thinkpad x1 yoga gen 7 oh boy, I got blisters using that machine. I also got dell 13 plus that also runs hot.. I had figured the problem is not with these machines, but with the intel makes whacky chips. I love this machine, everything is best about this laptop when you compare it to the other brands... I LOVE IT TO BITS. PLEASE KEEP ON MAKING NEXT GENERATIONS OF THIS DEVICE TOO... (if your audio is low, go to dolby access and turn it off or change the profile [your welcome])

Literally use it for Netflix and crunchyroll.... bricked... been stuck on the Samsung screen for a week
