New type of cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sleek stove, especially with the microwave too. There is quite a learning curve. Food can heat unusually rapidly. Definately worth the switch to induction.

Great Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently got the induction range and it has been great to cook in. Stovetop cooks really evenly, cools down quickly. The oven takes a little longer to warm up than I thought, but once on bakes evenly and consistently.

Great Induction Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Induction cooking is so much more enjoyable than cooking with gas. Temperature is much easier to control with induction. The control panel for the cooktop is simple and intuitive. It is also very easy to clean, and keep clean, even during cooking.
We spent a little extra and got the full extension rack (30" Telescopic Rack HEZTR301), and this was a great add.
An added bonus of the induction top is that when not in use, it's additional counter/prep space in the kitchen.

Adapting to Induction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is a big change coming from using electric as it also requires purchasing induction type pots and pans. At first glance it seems as though the food is not cooking hot enough but it actually is without all the heat created by electricity. We are adapting to induction cooking, it's a bit different but in a short time we will have it mastered. The unit is amazing with many features, I like the fact that is not wi-fi. My only gripes are two. First, the Heat element marking on the stove are difficult to center when covered by pan. Also the distance between the elements makes it tight space for large pans placed together. Lastly, I run into the warming tray at the bottom of oven constantly with my feet as I cook and causes the drawer to open. Not the worst of issues but those are mine. I'm still happy I purchased it.

It doesn't seem to manage a constant oven temp.

I needed to buy this range because it was the only one that seemed to fit where I needed it to go. We didn't mind spending the extra money to buy a Bosch. I like the looks, have had no trouble with the burners. The problem I'm having is the oven will get up to a certain temperature and then it starts to drop. When I'm baking cookies at 350 degrees for 13 minutes it will drop the temperature to 300 before the cookie are done baking. I have to hover over the oven constantly bumping my temp to 375, maybe even 400 to get my cookie baked. I have put an oven thermometer in the oven and have watched closely as this happens.

Bosch Induction Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice. The induction eyes are a bit slow but work pretty well. The oven is outstanding. The fit and finish is excellent. The warmer drawer pops out a little to easy.
