Great new range and oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old range had been fixed 3 times and was ready to go...so we went large with a wonderful Bosch range. Convection means faster, more even baking. Induction top means pans and food heat up almost instantly AND cool down almost instantly--so it saves time too, and helps prevent icky burned on food in the cooking pan, since the pan is not sitting on a burner that takes 10 minutes to cool off. Most of our pans work with the new range. Great addition to our kitchen!

Good, but not miraculous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although some people complain about the controls, I quickly learned how to use them. I think the top of the range has a design flaw because the large burners which one usually has to attend are in the back so you have to lean over the stove. The other problem I've found so far is that the broiler does not heat evenly so if you don't move the food around part gets burnt. That being said, we like th range. It's just not perfect and it should be for that price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did a full kitchen remodel and decided at the last minute to go with this induction range instead of gas. We love it! Cooks quickly and consistently and is easy to keep clean. It's quiet and easy to use. Love the warming drawer also.

I have always cooked with gas, but when I spilled pickle juice in the control panel and blew the electrical system, I needed a new stove. I wanted to do the right environmental thing and go induction, but did it hesitantly.
I couldn't be happier. We cooked a
Pot of tomato sauce all day on simmer and nothing burnt the bottom of the pot. The stove top is so easy to clean, it's a miracle.

Best Stovetop Oven Ever

I can't tell you how much I love this stove top and oven . The height was adjustable to be exacting with countertop . Stove top overlapped counter so no gap . It is intuitive. Exacting in temperature and just an all around great product.

Bosch is Best

During that time, we were extremely frustrated with the induction ranges available and the Bosch 800 series became our 4th brand we purchased. We finally hit pay dirt! The oven holds it's temperature and is accurate. Plus the cooktop is very easy to use and clean. We highly recommend this product/brand.

Efficient range

Boost features are nice.
It is a must for the oven which otherwise would take a long time to preheat. No apparent hot spots in the oven.
Large pots of water start to boil incredibly fast with the boost. Much faster than our gas stove
