Great Induction Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this range as part of a Bosch black stainless appliances suite for a complete house remodel. I must say, the Bosch black stainless looks very noble and very nice but not too fancy. The Bosch black stainless seems to hold up well. The induction range fits great into the overall kitchen design. It is easy to use and performs very well. It cooks water in about one minute in speed boost mode. Can't argue with that. The layout of the cooktop works well for me. The Schott Ceran glass top is high quality which is one reason I picked Bosch. I am very pleased with this induction stove and do recommend it. I also upgraded my cookware with Made In stainless steel from Italy. Also highly recommended and a perfect fit for this range.

Faulty wiring nearly burned my building down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We renovated the kitchen recently and was excited to purchase our beautiful Bosch Induction range, expecting a high-quality and reliable appliance. Unfortunately, after just a year and a half of light use, I ran into a major issue that could have been dangerous.
I noticed a burning plastic smell while using the oven, and shortly after, the entire unit stopped working. Concerned about safety, I immediately turned off the breaker and had it inspected. What I found was extremely disappointing—burnt and melted wiring inside the oven’s electrical terminal block (see attached images).
For an appliance this new, I would not expect such a severe electrical failure. This could have easily resulted in a fire, and it’s unacceptable for a high-end brand like Bosch. After researching similar issues, I’ve found that other users have reported wiring and connection problems with Bosch ovens, making me question the long-term reliability of their products.
If you’re considering this oven, be very cautious and check your unit regularly for any burning smells or signs of overheating. I expected better durability from a premium appliance. Buyer beware!

Bosch 800 range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shopped forever before deciding on the Bosch 800 series range. I love the induction cooktop. It's easy to use and I love the quick heating and clean cooktop. The oven is OK, but I am really struggling with baking with the convection setting. I have used several convection ovens in the past without problems, but the Bosch convection keeps blowing the tops of my cakes and cupcakes as they rise creating ski slope tops. Rotating during baking results in collapsed cakes. Multilayer convection didn't work well, either. I am back to baking on the regular bake setting for cakes and cupcakes. So disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, it is just a range; it gets hot like they all do. BUT!!! Its ease of use is what makes it so great for me. For messy folks like me, the smooth glass surface cleans with an easy swipe of a cloth. For impatient folks (like me) there are buttons that dramatically decrease the time to bring the oven or cooking pots up to temp for actual use.

Change form Gas to Induction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have changes for Natrual Gas to Induction stove to be ahead of the push for the change. The stove has been performing well. Only using this for a month I am see the use for low heat setting will not be used. At the moment at time there is like no heat. I use the 5 and obove setting. this could be the way I cook using Gass in the Past. The one item I need to comment is noice. when the burners are on the stove does make noice VS Gas you hear the Flame.
We do like how simple cleanup is and how the stove extends over the edge of the counter. thing do not fall between the stove and counter. At This time I would rebuy again
