Pc is great but I will sometimes get big FPS drops from valorant and any other game, it will be 200+ FPS then drop to 20 for like a second and freeze.

I LOVE this computer. I'm a 49 year old marketing executive who spends his days making spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. Nobody outside of my family knows I am still a 16 year old gamer at heart. I've built dozens of custom PCs over the years and can tell you this is a great deal. For one thing, it comes with a brand new RTX 3080. I tried to find this card separately to make my own custom build but it's just not available... anywhere! More scarce than a PS5! The version installed in mine was the Gigabyte Eagle OC - haven't tried to play with overclocking but I don't think it's necessary. It runs stable and cool at 4K with really good frame rates. Never hotter than 65 to 70C.
The computer also comes with a 1TB FireCuda gen 4 NVMe drive. Absolutely blazing fast!
My only gripe is the case cooling. With two front fans and one rear-mounted exhaust fan attached to the radiator, the cooling is only adequate. But adding two additional exhaust fans at the top of the case should be easy. The radiator is also mounted with the lines at the top. They should be at the bottom for optimum efficiency. Again that's a simple fix (just rotate 90 degrees). Looking into these modifications now.
The bottom line - this gaming PC is built solid with premium components. It is an incredible value. I would have spent 20% more if I built it myself. Also worth mentioning, SkyTech is legit. Ordered on Saturday, shipped on Thursday, arrived on Friday. Less than a week from placing the order to my doorstep. Rig was double-boxed and packed really well with internal and external molded foam padding.
Highly recommend! Nice job guys!
