I bought a new kettle to boil water. Nothing more, nothing less. I did not need to pay for temperature control, timers, Bluetooth....... This is a basic 1500w, 1.7 liter kettle with an on/off auto-switch. No light, no water gauge and not even a hinge on the lid but that means very little to go wrong. Looks great at a great price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Makes cleaning much easier which was the demise of my last kettle. My only complaint is it is a little noisy. Would recommend this product

L'autre problème est le filtre qui ne reste pas en place. Je trouve ce produit vraiment de piètre qualité !!!

Heats up fast. Holds heat well. Very glad it is not glass. It would have been nice if it had a hide and peek window to see water levels.

Cordless Electric kettle

I recently bought this B&D cordless electric kettle on half price. Good buy. But there are a couple things I don’t like about the kettle. It is stainless steel but the is no view window on the outside so you can watch your water level. Instead you have to remove the lid & they have plastic markers on the inside showing 1 cup, 2 cup, 3 cup levels for & then a line that is very hard to see as to limit to fill the kettle. I do not like this feature , not user friendly. You should revamp this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What it does is great, however I would appreciate an exterior way to view water level and a way to be informed of when the boiling process is complete without having to stay in close proximity to the unit.
