Great color right out of the box. I have not needed to calibrate them yet. With a couple of settings adjusted to the lighting in my office and color grade that I use the images match the color cards I use on shoots. I had no issues out of the box and it was easy to set up and get started. I do kind of wish that the monitors came with a built in driver software cache so set would be a bit faster, but not a terrible hassle either way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The LED backlight bleeds are unbearable while working with dark background design and development. I bought two of these and they both bleed light light crazy. I've been running ASUS monitors, ProArt and other high-end models that support height, tilt and pivot adjustments since the early 2000s. And recently picked up a portable display for working while traveling which is an excellent product. However, I'm very disappointed about this model given the price I paid. I should have read further into reviews complaining about this very issue. As a creative, its unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding color, but randomly changes brightness

The color accuracy of the display is outstanding, but the display will suddenly become extremely bright or dim at random. Currently ASUS customer support has not addressed the issue. I have tried several cables and two different workstations, but the display continues to dim or brighten at random, indicating a problem with the display itself.

Fantastic monitor! Perfect color accuracy on test prints right on the box. Beautiful contrast and brightness. And I'm amazed at the sharpness compared to the Dell Ultrasharp 2716 that I upgraded from. Just wow!

Fantastic monitor with very few cons. First I'll start with the only issues I have with this monitor. It didn't want to play nice with my ZenBook Pro Duo laptop, but I think that was mostly an issue with my laptop. The biggest gripe is with how slow this monitor is to switch inputs or simply wake up. During testing when trying to figure out why my laptop was having problems, I needed to switch inputs frequently and test various cables and methods of connecting the two. Sometimes it would be easier and quicker to completely turn the monitor off and back on with the main power switch to force it to give me the option to switch inputs. Also, the buttons feel less than premium to say the least and the onscreen menu is clunky at best.
Everything else about the monitor is AWESOME. There's no proper way to wall mount it included in the box, but if you have long screws, it will easily mount up. The included desk mount arm is also a plus if you'd prefer mounting that way.
Viewing 4K HDR content is absolutely mind-blowing on this monitor. Everything looks like it is about to jump off the monitor and into your lap. I have no way to verify, but the colors look very accurate to me. This monitor also comes with a sheet detailing the exact calibration for the unit before it leaves the factory, so that's cool.

Love the ProArt Display PA329CV. I have been looking for a monitor fit for artist for a while now and this one takes the cake. Since buying it my renders have been coming out super clean, and I have been able to push my artwork a lot more thanks to the accuracy of this monitor.
