I bought it online without seeing it in person because I was moving and needed a refrigerator in my new residence when I got there. Had I looked at it in person, I would never have bought it. Here's why I despise this refrigerator: 1) The refrigerator door goes all the way down to the floor. There is absolutely NO FOOT ROOM at the bottom of the door! NONE. I have scraped the top of my foot and toes so many times when opening this door because I didn't realize my foot was in the way. That is very painful! Never before have I had a refrigerator that has no foot room at the bottom of the door. There was always several inches of clearance so that it didn't hit a person's feet. I can't imagine why this refrigerator's design was ever changed to go all the way down to the floor. It is a stupid idea. 2) The magnet in this refrigerator's door is way too strong! I have to pull on it with all my might to get the door open, often using both hands, and if my grip slips in the hand indentation my fingernails catch hard, and that really hurts! I've had to pull so hard on the door that I stumble backwards when it still won't open. I tried putting duct tape down the length of both the inside of the door edge and the edge of the refrigerator, hoping that might lessen the magnetic grip, but it did not help at all. 3) The freezer extends too far down into the refrigerator space. This makes it very awkward to see into the refrigerator and get anything out. You have to bend way down to see into the fridge, then bump your head on the freezer door when you back out and stand up. That really hurts! 4) This refrigerator is overly deep. It sticks out over 6 inches past the edge of my counter, which doesn't look good and just makes everything worse. Things get lost at the back of the shelf because its hard to see and get at them. 5) The vegetable bins are almost at floor level, and you have to bend way down to the floor to access them. This is very awkward and inconvenient. There are no guides to hold the bins in place, so they just slide around on the bottom of the fridge. 6) There is no extra bin in the middle of the fridge. Every fridge I've ever had before had this extra bin, and I really miss it. I can't wait to get rid of this refrigerator. It irritates me every single day. I'm hoping to trade it in somewhere, even if I have to replace it with an older one. I have bought many Frigidaire refrigerators in the past and have always been completely satisfied with them. But not this one.
