Fridge part of the fridge is like a mini fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just arrived, was only able to view it online before purchase. Seemed like the best option for the color, pocket handle 18 CU group, with a butter shelf in the door.
Good price. Quiet unit. Freezer works extremely well, the ice cream is rock hard at the recommended setting. Found that lowering the freezer didn't help as much as lowering the fridge temp did. Sleek, and unassuming.
CONS: The fridge part is REALLY LOW. I'm 5'6, and have to bend down to even see what's on the top shelf, and to get anything from the back.
Did not come with the option to have the doors switched at delivery, apparently the only Fridge that is like this. I was able to do the job myself, with the supplied parts, after tilting the unit 45 degrees back. The foot has to be switched as well. Took me 30 min after trial and error.
Replaced a Hotpoint from 2005, so just about any new model would work better. But it's a big design flaw that the fridge part is basically built for a petite person.

Very quiet and spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is very quiet when running and there is sufficient water space. Door storage is very good and easily holds large cartons.
This fridge is being used in a winter residence and is not a second or “garage” refrigerator as described by the store’s website. We are disappointed that the lighting inside the refrigerator portion is only adequate when the top shelf isn’t full. When it’s full, very little light filters down to the lower shelves. Also, there are no “convenience “ drawers I.e. for dairy or deli items, except for a butter dish. The vegetable bins don’t appear to have a way to connect them to the shelf above as most refrigerators do, so they are at risk of pulling out if one isn’t careful.
This unit is excellent for use as a second refrigerator but has drawbacks when used as a primary one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been having such a hard time finding a good refrigerator. After receiving my new Frigidaire, I have been so pleased with it. I can tell the difference with this refrigerator and the previous refrigerators which were not Frigidare. It is amazing and and I am so satisfied and will tell others about Frigidaire refrigerators.

Cold, quiet, efficient... but... why, oh why design doors that stop short of completely closing on their own?!?! These doors are purposely designed so the consumer must physically push the doors closed or risk leaving the refrigerator or freezer doors open, which l'm sure happens! That's a very bad design because refrigerator doors suppose to be closed 99.99% of the time. Why wouldn't Frigidaire design experts design doors that close easily, with zero resistance whatsoever? ?? Baffles me...
