Excellent Buy for Price Point

Very pleased with purchase. Only find the crisper drawers are a little awkward to pull in and out as they rest right on the bottom. Am quite sure I'll get used to it. Also like that it has no handle sticking out.

Good enough

It's a good fridge for the price point. I wish the freezer, at this price point, was on the bottom. I also wish the manufacturer knew the typical height of cupboards, and took about 3 inches off the top of the design. It barely squeezed under the cupboard--you know, those stupid cupboards above the fridge no one can access. I could either afford a new fridge or get the cupboards taken out, so...the fridge keeps things nice and cold, but it's a little unnerving at times to hear silence. I guess that is the "save energy mode". It's roomy enough, and has two nice produce drawers at the bottom. I'm not a fan of glass shelves, but that's what it has. Again, a good fridge for the price point.

Quiet and Spacious Refrigerator

We got the stainless steel option on this refrigerator and it is very sleek and stylish. There is lots of room in the fridge for a 17.6 cu. size and we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is when in operation compared to the old fridge it replaced. Please note that it is a 'high efficiency' model and so the compressor cycle does stay on for a couple of hours before cycling off and repeating. We placed it in our second kitchen and it works great.

Bought this when my 4 year old Amana died.
This Fridgidaire was about the same price as what I paid four years ago for the Amana but it has more fratures, is larger capacity and is a much better quality product !

Just a little concerned about the condensation around the air vent in the fridge. Was worried that it was a drainage issue, but then realized it dried up overnight.

Freezer

Replaced my 40 yr old freezer. This one is a bit bigger and will be a charm to defrost because of the plugs. Took less than one hour to freeze, therefore was able to transfer my food faster.
