It is a piece of crap. It the second refurbished iPhone SE I have ordered that half works. It cuts off after talking for a few minutes. It blanks out and you can hear anything the other person is saying and they don’t hear you. I will no longer buy refurbished!!

The phone looks brand new. Although there are no real directions, there is the numbers you need to activate it. A bit sketchy on the time it takes to activate, but soon the phone announces that it is activated. A phone number appears in the screen about the details of the phone. The phone mute switch had me fooled for a bit. The is my first IPhone. My wife found it. All is good. Still setting up apps, but phone work fine (email,text, and wifi.) Pleased.......
