Junk. Do not buy, see photos

Samsonite Classic Business Backpack: The handle lost its cushiness, and ripped out of the backpack on one side, zipper snapped in half, see photos. Low quality product from Samsonite. I would appreciate it if Samsonite could do something for me to restore their reputation with me of quality.

too small, could barely fit my laptop and not much else. i appreciate the padding for protection but the actual amount of things this can hold is very small, and makes it difficult to try to get things in and out

I am very disappointed with this purchase. This backpack is too small. The zipper will not close if you try to fit a 14" Lenovo ThinkPad and an iPad Pro together. The compartments are very tight, and there is not room for anything else other than cables. No front pockets for glasses like other models. Samsonite makes it very difficult to return by charging non-refundable shipping charges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
