Didn't work

Upright freezer was new, once plugged in found it didn't work. Preferred Appliance in Summerville SC had to order a part, and today they just got it repaired. Also had small dents in front door, small but they are there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just installed it. So far its doing great! Door is a little hard to open but manageable. Do wish Hotpoint had installed an indicator light to let you know it has power!

Glass Shelf Shattered

The very first week we owned the upfright freezer, the top shelf shattered. Glass EVERYWHERE. There is also a crack in the bottom shelf. And now we are very nervous about the others. Did we get a batch of tempered glass that was defective?

love the easy clean units
