Back pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wake up every day with back pain. I was told it might take up to 30 days to get use to this mattress but I’m not sure if I can wait that long. I’m debating on sending it back.

We had such high Hope's but this bed did not work for us. We've had it for well over 30 nights and we both wake up sore, tired and grumpy. We also wake up many times during the night sweaty and hot. Looking for a replacement before we get our refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new king-size hybrid Casper mattress was easy to order, easy to set up, and does exactly what it promises: conforms to different body shapes, supports the weight of two different-size people, and helps us get a decent night’s sleep. It doesn’t get 5 stars for 5 reasons:1. It’s only about 11” deep. None of my sheets fit because most mattresses are deeper now and bedding is made for them. 2. It does sleep a little warm especially when it’s humid out. I like fresh air in my bedroom, but I had to use air conditioning a couple of times. 3. There is no extra reinforcement around the edges of the mattress. If you sit on your bed to tie your shoes, you will notice that. 4. There are no handles on the mattress to help you move or flip it. That said, it is half the weight of my old mattress without sacrificing comfort. 5. You have to dispose of your old mattress yourself. None of these concerns are deal-breakers because It certainly sleeps as well as my previous $3000 mattress. That makes it a great deal.

I have a bum shoulder and have been trying to sleep in our guest room as I am up and down and tossing and turning all night. The guest room had a sleep number bed that i could not get comfortable on to save my life. I put all kinds of memory foam, etc on top but nothing worked. I decided to give Casper a try. I slept through the night the first night. I put a mattress pad and sheets on. After nights 3 and 4 I had lower back pain, but that was gone by night 5. I wanted the hybrid because I liked the idea of the "springs" and extra support.
this bed is soft without being mushy, it is supportive without being a rock. I just had my shoulder joint replaced so am sleeping sitting up on the sofa next to the Casper. It is calling to me, but I cannot lay down yet. I am looking forward to getting back in it.
This was a risk buying a bed online, but you know what? I did not feel any problems since I had 100 nights to decide. So far, so good. I cannot imagine going to a different support system. I will update again in another month or so. thank you

Can’t get outta bed!!

Sleeping pain free all night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since we have gotten the Casper hybrid, my husband has finally been in a deep sleep all night and it has been the first time in YEARS that I don’t wake up exhausted with back pain. I feel refreshed and energetic in the morning, and can’t remember the last time I slept so well!
