Very happy with the warranty

Very happy with the warranty and warranty process to get a new Casper, but very disappointed with the new bed! They updated and changed the bed since we got our first one in 2022, and this one is way too firm and uncomfortable. The earlier version was so cushiony, soft, supportive, and bouncy. This one feels completely different. I would return it but since it’s a warranty replacement that isn’t a possibility.

I love this bed. I've had only for a few months. but its perfect. Its not too hard or soft. its just right. I don't feel hot at night. i can sit on the bed comfortably.
