Just Right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well first, the customer service was/is incredible. Better than local brick and mortar stores - which is important when making an important and expensive purchase. Second, I love this mattress. It’s not firm, not too soft, but as goldie once said, just right. (I’m a plus size queen and typically sleep on my back or side.)Third, I ordered the mattress on a Thursday and it arrived the following Tuesday afternoon. To summarize, great customer service, quick & efficient shipping, and a comfortable mattress that is worth the money.

Great upgrade over an Original Casper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a Queen Original Casper for about 7 years. We decided to upgrade to a King Hybrid. It’s only been a few days, but I think it’s noticeably more comfortable. Just a word of warning that a King mattress is SUPER heavy when you first take it out of the box.

Best mattress I've ever slept on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unboxing was super easy, if you follow the directions. This is, by far, the best mattress I've ever slept on. It supports me where I need it to, and I stay warm without feeling overheated, or "hot", when I sleep. I was hesitant to purchase this mattress as I've heard foam retains heat, but this isn't the case with the Casper Original Hybrid. I highly recommend this mattress to anyone who is looking to purchase a mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased a Casper mattress years for our guest room and had another brand in our master bedroom. We had spent so much money on a different brand for our master bedroom that we couldn’t justify getting rid of it but after my husband and I started sleeping in the guest room just because of the mattress we decided to purchase another Casper for our Master and it’s just phenomenal. Seriously the best mattress ever!

Impvoed sleep, but increased body aches

I've had my Casper Original Hybrid mattress for about 10 months now and I have to say it is a very comfortable mattress. I have trouble falling asleep and this mattress I feel has improved that. My sleep has definitely improved! That being said... I noticed that ever since I started sleeping on this mattress, I started getting very consistent body aches. Litereally feels like I've aged 10 years. Maybe it's due to the softness, I'm not really sure. It would be nice to have a mattress that can improve sleep quiality and back/body pain.
