The UPS driver told us to put it where we would open it which we did and it worked out fine. It's impressive one you cut into the sealed bag.
We slept on it the next night and it is very comfortable. Could be a little softer on shoulders and hips so we might get a feather top for it, but will give it some time yet.

The weight of the mattress suggests that you will be in for a dream sleep. One week in and my back is still adjusting to the countering of the mattress to my body. I find myself falling asleep faster than previous mattresses. Decided against a fifth star, since there was a dank smell after unrolling. Additionally, I'm not too impressed by the breathability leading to slight sweating issues.
