The unboxing experience was fine, we ordered a king size so it was pretty heavy but not complicated to unwrap. We had had our last mattress for 12 years and even with a 3" memory foam topper the casper is so much nicer. It is firm but not too firm, when you lay down you can feel yourself settle into the mattress without feeling like you are sinking. It was a great investment, and my pregnant wife and I would definitely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like a very firm bed and the XL Twin Hybrid gives me that full nights sleep, waking refreshed. My wife XL twin original gives her the cloud softness she requires. The two together git our king frame and bedding.
