I was hesitant as I only tried out this mattress once in a store a while ago. After many reviews and comparing other box mattresses, I do not regret it! The hybrid mattress is so comfortable and cooling. I never want to get out of bed.

It has its downsides

The fabric on the base is much like that used on scratching posts. We had to cover it before the cats destroyed it.
The mattress is designed to be shipped easy. A king size is far more difficult to move than a conventional mattress.

Very Comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new mattress is very comfy and seems well made. I was nervous that it would be too firm but I think it’s a great balance between plush and firm. UPS delivery to the third floor was a disaster. It was left on the second floor, outdoors, with a note on my door. I live alone. Casper tried to contact them but UPS never called me back or returned. If it hadn’t been for a very kind, strong neighbor, my mattress would still be sitting on the 2nd floor or carried off by a porch pirate. I don’t recommend UPS for delivery unless you are on the first floor.
