[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This the second mattress I've bought and I've been pleased with both. It does take a few days for the mattress to sort of settle and fluff up to optimal comfort, but then it's great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Casper mattress and also have been very impressed by Casper's customer service. Their product is everything they say it is. It's is comfortable, well-made and easy to pop up and put in place. I encountered their customer service due to an issue with delivery timing. I was unable to resolve it on the phone with the first-line but followed up with an email. That note received an expeditious and personal reply. The problem was quickly resolved and I left as a very satisfied customer.
