Disappointed, uncomfortable & bilked

This is not the same wave mattress I tried in store. It is too firm and I am having to make all of the same mattress modifications I used before to survive my crummy old mattress. This is extremely disappointing.

I adore this mattress. It really is great for people with joint pain. I don't wake up with any joint pain in the night. This mattress is also so much cooler than my previous mattress. I highly recommend this mattress!!!

I have been hearing about Casper mattresses for ages, so when we finally gave up on our 20 year old mattress (?!) I knew this was what I wanted. I imagined it would be wonderful and more comfortable than what we had but I never imagined how glorious it would be!!My husband and I are, for the first time in years, not waking up achy or sleep-deprived. I don't know how you make these mattresses or what magical powers you have, but you have changed my life!
