The set up and old bed removal was a bit rocky, we worked it out in the end. These people need serious work on their people skills.
Slept on the mattress last night. Very comfy. It is higher than our old bed that takes some getting used to. There is very little side support. Once on the bed it is fine. I would recommend the Casper product to someone looking to buy a new bed

Not the softest option

My rating is based on comparability. It was way too firm for my wife and she hasn’t been sleeping well. I enjoyed the Wave and would give it a 4.5 if it was just me.

We have never had such a restful night's sleep

Until we got a Casper mattress, we would wake up each morning with back aches and not feeling rested. In a few nights of sleeping on a Casper, It changed our entire sleeping experience! We wake up refreshed and relaxed and renewed, and more importantly-no more morning back pain. Who would ever think that a simple thing like changing a mattress could make such a difference in one's life. I would, and do recommend the Casper to everyone. If you are still sleeping on a mattress that you must turn around and turn over every few months expecting to get a better night's sleep, let me recommend a new Casper mattress, for the best night's sleep you could ever imagine
