Easy to unbox and set up. We have only been sleeping on it for 1.5 weeks, but seems like it was a great decision. Fall asleep faster, wake less during night and less aches in morning. Would give a 5 star, but need more time to determine that.

Enjoyed the bed for several months, but by about a year, it became way too soft. Both my wife and I have a hard time getting comfortable now because the mattress dips so much and has become so soft. We are average height and not overweight at all. We’re looking for a new mattress now and it won’t be a Casper.

We enjoy our new mattress best sleep ever we had the sleep number bed before it’s no comparison to our new hybrid mattress we wake up feeling refreshed no pain such a great night sleep now we only wished we would have not waited so long

Set up was easy for the frame. Unboxing needed 2 people. Did not unroll it properly, but its fine once rotated. I let it sit for 24 hours, there was no odor from the new mattress. First night sleeping was not too great. 2nd day, I slept with minimal disruption. Now, I sleep through the night and feel very rested in the morning. The mattress is cool and comfy. No more tossing, turning or overheating thru the night. I think this was a great purchase! I look forward to a good night sleep!
