generally happy with my wave hybrid king and platform frame

Delivery and set up were some 3rd party, almost didn't get it to me (could't find my building or contact me because no one gave them my phone number). But fortunately I caught them in time. They hauled out my old mattress and box springs which is great.
So I've had it about 18 months, wanted to give it some time before I reviewed. Generally been satisfied. At first for about 6 months it really had a strong chemical smell. Eventually that dissipates, but man that's a long time.
It's retained it's support. It's kind of heavy so I haven't been able to rotate it yet (pandemic year isolation didn't help) but doesn't seem to be developing any sags or anything yet. I'm 5'7" maybe 150lbs and it's not something I want to do by myself.
Frame is pretty basic - you might want to shop around for something you like for the same or lower price. But it's nice enough.
My big complaint is that it's white on top. So it stains very easily. Strongly suggest applying some kind of scotchguard type sealant immediately before you do anything else. It does NOT clean up (per the instructions, and when that failed, bleach), period. Every little thing leaves a stain. Sometimes I sit on it when the sheets are in the wash or even sleep on it without making the bed. Within 6 months it was so stained in so many places it looks pretty awful when it's bare. They really should use a gray or black for the surface!!!
It's a pretty expensive outlay, and I am counting on getting my 10 years out of it at least. It won't shrink down to fit in the kind of box it came in, so be prepared to move it like a regular matress. The frame was pretty basic, could be taken apart pretty easily.

Finally, a good night

I am athletic and I often get into bed with sore muscles. As I snuggle in each night I literally say a prayer of thanks for the relief that I get from this mattress. Thank you Casper for having done the research and finding the way to help our tired, overwrought bodies find relief and a good night’s rest.

Awful back pain :(

I was impressed with how much I disliked this mattress post reading reviews. It's incredibly firm, with no give at all at the end of the trial. It's absolutely killing my back, and I usually get up halfway through the night to stretch and give my back a breather. I'm a back & side sleeper, and 130lbs. We also got the additional cooling feature, which did nothing.
Previously, my partner and I had a Purple Hybrid Premier 3 mattress we loved a lot, but we decided to return that after the trial was up since we were concerned about the longevity for the price. We're also new to the whole mattress shopping experience, and wanted to try something else to further validate what we like and want to invest in, and what was best for it's value. Well, after this awfully painful experience sleeping on Casper, we decided to reorder the Purple mattress. :)

No more back pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After dealing with serious back pain for sometime. I researched and went to the stores tested all the mattress out there. Majority of which were much more expensive than the casper. Extremely happy with my decision to.purchase the casper. My back pain is gone and I sleep sound and comfortable through the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Wave Hybrid Snow, and it's a great bed, it is comfortable and stays cool. I don't recommend the waterproof mattress pad they sell in the bundle. The bed is wonderful I would highly recommend this bed if you sleep hot.
