There is no comparison to my 3 year old mattress which was terrible. That mattress offered no warranty and every night I fell into the same uncomfortable hole.

Too soft. No Support

The mattress is too soft. My neighbor has the same mattress that she bought this past spring/summer and it is much firmer. I got mine last month and it is a lot softer so I don't know what's wrong with this one. Will be seeking a replacement.

Comfortable and Supportive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I am currently on 2 weeks of sleep on it. Sleep score analysis has been great in my tracking apps. Its very quiet and very soft yet slightly firm. A very big upgrade from my Serta. I am using the foundation too. I think in about 2 more weeks I will be able to determine if it is better on my back and joints.
