Delivery and set up was all fine. After seeing all the commercials and reading reviews I really was expecting to lay on it for the first time and think wow! But no. Mattress is on the softer side for my liking and at first had a hard time getting used to it. But some reviews online said that your body will get used to it. So, yeah, I guess I got used to it.

I absolutely love the casper was so easy to order and set up I did it myself I had a select comfort that I should have replaced sooner I was sleeping in a dent as the top wore out after a time. I've been looking and reviewing the casper for couple of years found it hard to believe a mattress in a box could be any good but it is cant't say enough how pleased I am I stay in bed a couple min longer because it's so comfy

Comfy Pillow!

I purchased the Standard Size Casper Pillow in hopes of finding some comfort & relief. I have had many different kinds of pillows...too soft, too fluffy, too firm, all memory foam etc. none of them offered comfort or decent support for my head and neck; until I ordered the Casper Pillow. I will be honest, I don't usually spend a lot for a pillow but, I was intrigued by all of the research & thought that went into its engineering. When I received the pillow, it was neatly packed, rolled and compressed in a tube wrapped in plastic. Once freed from its packaging, it filled out & fluffed up nicely. My impressions of the pillow from my first night using it, was that I could feel the support for my head & neck, as well as, a comfortable amount of fluff. No pillow struggles throughout the night and no stiff neck pain in the morning! ...very comfy pillow! I'm glad that took a chance on this one...highly recommend.
