[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had originally purchased the Tuft & Needle Original mattress, it was nice, but just wasn't what my wife and I were needing, we kept waking up sore, and were always hoping to finally break the bed in and have a good nights rest.....well, I decided to contact Casper and spoke to a very nice lady over the phone, I explained my situation and asked for her non-biased recommendation. She recommended we give their Casper Hybrid mattress a shot, so, I did, and OMG! Very first night, my wife and I were both super comfortable and woke up refreshed, we actually look forward to laying down at night because we love our mattress so much.I definitely recommend the Hybrid from Casper to all my friends now, it truly is an amazing mattress, and the customer service is also A++.Thank you Casper, and keep up the amazing work! ZZZzzz

Like sleeping on a firm gel platform

This mattress feels like it massages and eases my painful back when I lay on my side or on my back. It’s also comfortable when I lay on my stomach. I love this mattress!

No magical qualities. No disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our mattress for about a month now. So far so good. Nothing remarkable about it, but it is firm for a foam mattress and we like that. Still waiting for all our back problems to go away as so many reviewers claim magically happened when they switched over. It is better than our old pillow top, won’t lie, but so far it is just Ok. No grand claims about it’s magical qualities. No huge disappointment either.

Disappointing - too soft and unsupported

A little disappointed. Had two friends who really liked their Casper mattress but I feel this is too soft and unsupported. My back has been bothering me and I’ve had the mattress for over 1 mos at this point :/

So comfortable!

I was nervous about buying a mattress online and not knowing until it arrived if I would like it. My old mattress was worn out and my back was bothering me when I slept, so I anxiously awaited the arrival of this mattress. I set it and the foundation up by myself (not the easiest thing, but possible) and I was so excited that I could sleep on it immediately! I like a soft mattress but definitely need support for my back, and this is the perfect marriage of both! It's super comfortable - it's soft but still gives me firmness where I need it. I love it! I didn't need more than 1 night to know I was keeping it. It also never had a chemical smell that bothered me.
