For some reason the Queen

For some reason the Queen size Casper mattress, Dream model, is not as soft and comfortable as when I tried the same model in the store. I am a side sleeper and I still feel pain in my shoulder when I wake in the morning! If I had known, I would have bought the more expensive model!

I had company and my guest said the mattresses were comfortable. However, I am very upset about the protective coverings I bought for my Casper mattresses. They immediately pulled causing runs. It reminded me of putting on hosiery. A warning should be put on the instructions to wear gloves.
