This is our second Original Hybrid Mattress--we had to share the mattress love in our guest room and it's the first thing guests say when we ask them how their night's rest was. "That mattress is incredible, what is it?"

Awful durability. Sagging and indentations in less than 2 years.

I’ve been sleeping on my mattress for a little under 2 years. At first I thought it was super comfortable but recently I’ve noticed some major sagging in different spots. I rotated it every few months to try to prolong its life but a mattress that is this expensive should last longer than 2 years. Absolute garbage, I wish I never bought it. I’ll be contacting customer support to see if they can do something to help me.

I've had this mattress for a little over a year and I genuinely hate it. I have never been more sore from a mattress and am so upset that I made this purchase. If I sleep on my back, my entire upper back is in pain and my shoulder blades will burn from the pressure points. If I sleep on my side, my hips, shoulders, and back will be in pain. I find some comfort when sleeping without a pillow, but for no more than a few hours. My back is KILLING ME. The mattress already has a divot from where I sleep.
Would not recommend and I wish I would have returned it after being unimpressed after the first 1-30 days.
I'm 5'4" 125 lbs for reference.
