Easy process, great so far!

Still getting use to a hybrid - I think my body may just be more accustomed to a "traditional" mattress but no complaints as of yet. I did have to change my pillow since you sink down a bit more with this mattress. Oh and one callout, it's not as tall as a typical mattress so our bed feels a little short!

Solid mattress

We were initially skeptical about Casper mattresses, but several friends strongly recommended we buy the hybrid, one went as far to say he would buy it from us if we didn't like it. Needless to say, we love it! No longer do we wake up with aches and, without question, this is the best mattress we've slept on!

Dissappointed with regret

We bought this mattress at Rooms to go and it was great when we first got it, but over time it has gotten major damage with just normal use.
We still sleep decent on it but for the price I was not expecting it to be so damaged after just a year or so.
We have it on the box frame it came with and first notice problems around the edges. It felt like we were falling off the side and sunk more in some areas. It felt like it provided no support towards the edge of the mattress.
After removing the covers to clean it, we had found out the top and bottom of the foam in the matress has ripped along the sides making it dip in those locations and exposing the coils inside. This happen in several other spots cause sinking spots and overall stability issues. There are tines when I can feel the coils due to the rips in the top memory foam.
I do not recommend the hybrid mattress to anyone and if you have a choice get a more solid 100% memory foam mattress. Wish I had and now I am stuck with this one due to spending so much on it.
