wife and i bought a new original hybrid mattress along with the foundation and 2 pillows and love our new set up. we did have an issue with packaging with the foundation but customer service was very helpful and friendly and took care of our issue. glad we chose Casper and both my wife and me are getting better sleep.

The box is extremely heavy and a 2 person job to unpack and set up. The comfort is good, could be a little firmer for my preference. Overall, I'm pleased.

We have been Casper fans for 3 years now and just upgraded to a king size and the hybrid. My husband has back problems and I get hot at night so this new Casper works great for us. Their casper pillow is also heavenly. Was great to work with a company that has excellent customer service if you have a problem.

I was in bad need of a new mattress, but didnt want the hassle of going to the store and then hauling one home. Did my research, read reviews, and settled on Casper. The foundation assembled in 20 minutes and then the fun part, watching the mattress unfurl. It was perfectly formed in minutes and the "new" smell dissipates quickly. Loved the feel on the first night and every night since. One of my favorite features is the coolness of the mattress. I'm super satisfied with this purchase.

I must say I was skeptical about spending the money and price for the foundation and mattress but the package together is worth every penny and more. Hubby and I have had the best sleep EVER since their arrival!!!!...Thank you Casper... we are telling family, friends and coworkers- ‘you’ve got to get this mattress’.
