Helpful Customer Service on deciding on a new mattress

I really like the customer service. The Original hybrid was not a good fit for me. It was firm but didn't seem to have the support I needed for my power back and neck. It also didn't keep away the heat like I hoped. I called and Sierra figure out the best way to return my mattress that was convenient for me. Gregory asked me tons of questions and helped me and explained so much more tome about the mattresses. He helped me pick the a better mattress for me. I am awaiting my Nova Hybrid. He even helped me pick out pillows for my husband and I.

I unboxed my king-size mattress by myself. It really is a two-person job, especially when you are 68 years old! Setting up the foundation would also have gone faster with two people, but I managed. When I first laid down on the mattress, I was not sure it was going to work out. However, after one night’s sleep, I knew I made a great investment. My back pain has completely gone away! Absolutely no comparison to my old mattress. As for recommending Casper to a friend. I already have, several times!!

Best purchase

I went to the big name brand stores to look at the whole beds that are supposed to help you have a good nights sleep and I was shocked at their prices. I then heard about Casper and thought we’d give it a try. The matters/foundation was half the cost of the other stores and it’s extremely comfortable. I hadn’t slept through the night in years due to back and should pain and now I am sleeping comfortably through the night.

Trying to “return” it.

Within the last year I have bought two hybrid mattresses. The first one had a side that never seemed to fill out completely but it wasn’t bad enough for me not to use it. I just expected it to be more squared as a traditional mattress can be. So, it’s pretty comfortable and I ordered a second one and when it arrived, we let it open up for a week and there is still a big section of the side that is not filled out. It is unacceptable and I am trying to return it. I would welcome Casper helping me accomplish this.

No a huge fan

Even with getting the hybrid I felt like there was no support. I woke up almost every day with lower back pain. I don’t feel like it was a good fit for either my husband and I.

Soft and supportive

Finally, a mattress my wife finds comfortable. As a petite sleeper, most beds are too firm, especially at the shoulders. This bed is somehow very soft, but still supportive. The only complaint was how long it took for the "new mattress smell" to go away. Otherwise the ordering and setup process was very easy, and the customer service rep I chatted with on the site was very helpful.
