Unboxing was a little difficult. I drug it up the steps to the next floor. After that everything has been great. Most comfortable mattress I have ever had. I will scream it from the roof tops.

It’s like a bouncy house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Friends recommended Casper to me and I made the mistake of letting a Casper associate talk me in the hybrid. I absolutely do not like it. I feel like I’m in a kids bouncy house. It’s way to soft and bouncy. I will be returning it.

I've had my King Hybrid for less than a month. Previous I had a 3" gel memory foam pad on top of my old mattress. The first week or so I woke up with a back ache on my Casper. I rarely did on my other mattress, but probably not fair to blame the Casper mattress since I don't anymore. Big difference with the Casper is I don't have to raise up to roll over. My Casper feels nice and comfortable when I get into bed. It does take a time to adjust from a memory foam pad to the Casper.

Love it -- aches & pains gone!

The previous two mattresses did not work at all. My grandson suggested the Casper which he has had for several years. To my delight it is perfect for me.
