The unboxing was interesting.
Once it was out of all the shrink wrap, it was easy peasy.
Sooo much more comfortable than my old bed and sleep is much better without morning backaches. Would highly recommend this bed to everyone.

Made the right choice

Perfect for the couple with different preferences on mattress firmness

This is the perfect combo of both. We both sleep great on it and through the night with no issues. It’s my favorite mattress to date.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was hesitant of getting this mattress because i can't imagine that something in a box can be comfortable to sleep on for life but i was so wrong! when we unpacked it i instantly jumped on it like a fluffy cloud and it felt just that way. it has just enough firmness to support my back and even my side (as i am a side sleeper) but also so soft and cozy that it's impossible not to instantly fall asleep. i'm obsessed with it and so happy i got it! also, i mainly got this because i have crazy stairs where fitting a king matress would have been impossible but this was super easy to install

Casper Hybrid-comfortable

The smell took a few more days than we expected to dissipate but after two weeks it is all but gone (I have an overly sensitive sense of smell). Overall we are happy and have talked to several couples about our new mattress.
