Not as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the original Casper Mattress in a queen size when there was only one choice and it was amazing. We needed a king size, but it wasn't clear which one on the site was the "original" so we took a quiz and got matched with this one. It's way too soft. It does keep us cool though which is a huge plus. Unfortunately, once we hit the 30-day trial period we are going to return for a different style.

My new Casper Original Hybrid mattress has allowed me to sleep through the night and wake up energized, refreshed and without any sore spots! My mind and body are ready to handle whatever life might throw my way! I could actually live in this bed, but the world needs people like me: energetic, optimistic, and downright wise (because I was smart enough to select the Casper mattress above all others)! But enough about me! The Casper Original Hybrid mattress is the best purchase I have ever made. It is well-built and comfortable. Casper Customer service proved to be helpful and professional. Yay, Team Casper! I would love to sing your praises from sunup to sundown, but I need to start my day now. The world awaits this Happy Customer!

This mattress is very comfortable. My back had been hurting a lot and I figured it was probably my old mattress. I haven't had any issues since I purchased it. It has good support while not being overly hard or soft.
