. . . had some problems with the mechanism to raise/lower the leg part. Had to order part and replace by tech.
. . . . the installer for bed . . . head frame did not remove the protective Velcro part so it could not Velcro to close. Made several calls to headquarters who pointed it out.
After 6 weeks after purchase all in order. Enjoying my new bed.
