unboxing was not bad but the mattress is very heavy but made well. The Hybrid Mattress is suppose to be 11 depth but only measures 10 that is inch difference . when I first played on it was was disappointed, after a the 3rd night it seemed better not so firm . because it says its medium not firm . its is getting more comfortable now , still not 11 depth

Restfull Sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this mattress, it is firm but not so firm to where I feel like I’m sleeping on a board, and I feel so restful when I wake up. I hardly want to get out of bed in the morning because I’m so comfortable! :)

Great mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress is great. It is harder than the one I tried in the store but I suspect that it just needs time to settle in. The mattress is both soft and supportive. I am a side sleeper so need both. It works well for me.

Complete "WOW" factor...

My husband and I bought a king Casper mattress a few years ago, and I knew it was one of the best. Since he has become a snoring nightmare, I have moved to my own room and bed for a good night's sleep...except my previous mattress was giving me back issues, hip hurts, and HOT!! Therefore, I pulled the trigger and bought myself the hybrid, and I don't regret it for a second! It unpacks with ease, has almost no "new" smell, and I was able to sleep on it the first night. It was pure luxury. I was not hot, my hips and back feel so much better, and no matter what position I was in, I was comfortable. Casper mattresses are the best choice. The king is still going strong, and I am sure my new hybrid will last a long time.
