This was my best purchase of the year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Words cannot describe how much I love this mattress. My back has been hurting for years and suddenly after a week sleeping on the original hybrid? Poof! Gone. I never want to leave my bed. I wish I could give the mattress designers a big old kiss. This was the most money I’ve ever spent on a mattress and I was very worried at first that I was making a mistake. Nope! I’m glad I made the splurge. Love ya Casper!

The unboxing experience was okay. We ordered a king size mattress and adjustable bed frame. The frame and mattress boxes were heavy. The direction for frame set up were somewhat confusing and I still have not been able to pair both remote controls simultaneously. Additionally the cable provided to connect the split king beds for paired operation didn't work. After 3 nights sleeping in the bed, I haven't been convinced that this is the right mattress for me. I feel that the mattress is too firm for me. I'm hoping that I adjust to the mattress over time.
