Best mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this mattress a week and I’ve never slept better! It feels pretty firm to the touch but it’s somehow SO comfortable still. I sleep on my stomach and my husband sleeps on his side and we both love it so much. Highly recommend!

Awful experience; uncomfortable mattress

I took your online quiz to help choose the mattress and followed your recommendation. My reward was losing circulation in my shoulders and arms. Now I am trying to return the mattress and getting a run-around because I have not yet submitted myself to a full 30 days of uncomfortable sleep. Terrible policy.

Not supportive, causes back pain.

We bought the hybrid thinking it would provide better support for us but it unfortunately didn't work out this way. Both my partner and I have been getting back pains with this mattress. We gave it a good try hoping our bodies would get used to the mattress, this hasn't been the case. It's pretty unfortunate that this product doesn't meet our expectations. The mattress itself is soft, I would not call it medium firmness as stated on the web.
