We have 2 labs and they love these beds. The covers are very durable and can easily be cleaned in the washing machine. The foam holds its shape and the edges provide a perfect bumper for them to nestle up against.

I was looking for a supportive bed with a washable cover for my pitbull with arthritis. All the beds at this price point seemed equal in quality, and I went with function over form with this one. It's not much to look at and I'd even go so far as to say that it's ugly. Still, I went with Casper since it's basically a mini mattress and it was the only bed I saw that had "excess fabric" on top for dogs who like to dig in their bed, which mine loves to do! The color options are totally blah but I chose sand because it looked the least offensive. Pros: comfortable, supportive, high quality, seems durable. Cons: ugly color options, weird sizing (medium is too small and large is comically gigantic), cover did not get clean in the wash so it just looks dingy all the time, the "excess" fabric for digging is barely there (If they hadn't mentioned this I wouldn't have even noticed it). Overall, the fact of this being a mini mattress and having excess fabric were the selling points for me but they didn't deliver. I do wish I could have gone with a nicer looking, easier to clean option with more consistent sizing.

Great dog bed! Our almost

Great dog bed! Our almost 80 lb Shepherd/Hound mix was reluctant to use it for a few days, as he is with most new things. After a little training with treats he realized how comfortable it is and now sleeps during the day and night. The bolsters on the edge are perfect for him to rest his head on. The fabric is durable and Axel enjoys "digging" in it and trying to hide his toys like it's dirt. We went with the large and he has plenty of room to spread out. We might have been able to get away with a medium but we're all happy with it.

Unfortunately, this was not a good fit. Our dog used to sleep in our room every night, until I got this for her. Now she lays on it for about 10 minutes and promptly gets up and either lays on the FLOOR or leaves and goes into another room. Very disappointed to have done all this research and spent more $$ than on any other bed for her, only to have her hate it.

My dog likes the bed

My dog likes the bed but the cover is NOT waterproof at all. The website states the nylon cover is "practically impenetrable", which feels misleading. My pup threw up in the bed and it soaked through the memory foam. I bought this 4 months ago, so it's very disappointing.

My 9 year old miniature

My 9 year old miniature poodle actually doesn’t use it. She prefers to sleep under my bed on the wood floor. I purchased it thinking she would love it, but so far, nothing. I’ve put her toys on it, hoping she’d start using it. It’s not as soft as her old bed.
