We went from a Temperpedic to the Wave Hybrid - I am sleeping more soundly throughout the night. It is so comfy cozy!! The support system is really helping my hips and back. We are waking up refreshed!

I was so hesitant to order a bed in a box. I mean really, a bed in a box? I was so surprised how easy it was to to take out of the box and unpack it. Mind you, it is heavy. You might need someone strong to help you carry it upstairs.
As far as the mattress goes WOW, WOW, WOW I have not slept so well in years! With my previous mattress, I would wake up in the morning feeling like someone had beat me up all night. My back, hips and shoulders always hurt. I tossed and turned all night trying to get a comfortable sleep spot on the bed.
I am happy to say after 2 weeks of sleeping on our new Casper Wave Mattress I am sleeping through the night.
I no longer wake up in pain and I actually feel refresh and good in the morning! I would recommend this mattress to anyone with any hesitation. Casper has made a believer out of me!

It took us a couple weeks to break it in and let our bodies get used to the wave hybrid. Now that we’re almost a month in, we love it!!! It’s so comfortable and supportive and our backs are loving it!

Jury still out...

We’ve only had the mattress fir a couple weeks and the jury is still out. Sleeping much more comfortably than on our old 8-year-old mattress. But it’s not as firm as I expected. Also, the edge of the mattress is softer than expected: when I sit on the edge I have to remember to sit as far back as possible and keep feet firmly on floor - not a rug - otherwise feels like I could slip right off. Check back in a month or so.

WAVE problems

The WAVE mattress smelled even after airing out for 30 days. The comfort level was exactly the same as my 12 year old mattress. Worst of all the chemical smell was worse when sleeping on it, and it caused serious itching. The mattress was contaminated with some non-skin compattible chemical.

As soon as I set it up and laid down, my first thought was, this isn't what a mattress feels like, this is what a cloud would feel like. I kept my fitness tracker on to track my sleep and had the best rated sleep in 6 months.
