First one great, 2nd one not great.

My first casper mattress was awesome, I loved it. But after a few years, we bought a house and decided to get a bigger bed. We decided to do another casper mattress but this time the hybrid with the foam and springs. We couldn’t open the box right away since we were in the process of moving and some other personal events required me to be at the hospital regularly. By the time we could open it, it was passed the return date. The mattress was 2 inches short all around. We were able to exchange it and got another. The next one is also short all around by 1 1/2”. Our frame is standard sizing and the exact same style frame we had before but a sized up from a queen to king. The casper queen size fit the frame perfectly but the casper king doesn’t fit. There is a gap all the way around the bed and it’s terrible. Also there is already a massive dip on my husband’s side of the bed already and we haven’t been using this mattress for a year. I regret getting the hybrid and wish I had my previous mattress but I think I’ll try a new company,

Good for people with back issues

Only complaint is we paid for the snow technology upgrade and it honestly doesn't feel like that the mattress we received has the cooling layer that was advertised as part of that upgrade.

I am so happy that I made the decision to go with Casper when I was shopping for a new mattress! I mulled it over for months, but something about the design of the layers within their mattresses seemed superior to the competition. Now that the Wave Hybrid is here, I realize that my old mattress was nothing special, first of all, and that sleep can be something that I've haven't felt in years. I have multiple vivid dreams every night, and that 'data dump' for the brain seems refreshing and energizing. The mattress itself is like sleeping on a cloud -- soft on the surface, but also supported.
