Have the return setup for

Have the return setup for tomorrow. It never softened. This mattress was so ridiculously firm, it was hurting my back. I researched via Consumer Reports and looked at reviews. Truthfully the quality just wasn't there and to consider this a mid firmness mattress just is not true.
