Perfectly balanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first we though this might be too soft, but we were shocked to feel the softness cradle us into a firm layer of support. We've really enjoyed this mattress that just feels perfectly balanced.

Soft & Cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a Casper original and decided to purchase another mattress for our guest bedroom! This mattress is on the softer side and it really does have a cooling feature. Our original mattress left us waking up hot but this hybrid is a dream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 4 stars because it is a warm mattress, but I'm putting on a cooling mattress pad. Should help with that. 5 stars because I love it. Its comfortable, it doesn't move on nights my husband flops like a fish that would wake me up. Its firm enough for support, and soft enough to be comfortable. My husband and I are side sleepers and is highly recommended for that. I wake up feeling much more rested than on the old school kind of mattress.

Will never buy anything else

Customer service was outstanding- there was a slight issue with our order and it was fixed immediately, with no fuss. We will never buy a bed from any another company again!

No more back pain
