Really good quality mattress

My husband was able to unbox the mattress very easily by himself. It is very nice exterior to the mattress. Not the usual/typical look to the exterior. It’s very comfortable to sleep on. I’d highly recommend this company/bed to family / friends. The only negative I can find to comment on is we’ve had the mattress now for over a month and the “smell” of the mattress is still lingering on. It smells so bad. I wish I can douse the whole mattress with febreeze to get rid of that “smell.”

Comfy? Yes! But the smell...

It's been almost two months since we got our Casper mattress and it's ok. Comfortable? Yes. But the smell does not go away... It's less noticeable now or maybe I just got used to it a little but oh man, there are nights it's overwhelming. I decided to give it a week or two and I hope it will finally go away but if not, unfortunately I will have to return it. Really wanted to love it from the first night :(

Mattress feels a little tired.

Wishing this heavy mattress had handles.
After letting it breath completely on the floor, I tried it out. Hmm, kind of soft.
Once my new bed frame and foundation was complete, on went the mattress. Hmm, the mattress is about 2-1/2 inches shorter than the bed frame.
Now for the real test...and I’ve been testing every night since. If this mattress was even close to medium firm, I might feel it has found a permanent home. I’m going to keep trying, but for this much dough, it should be much closer to it’s intended support. My back is sore in the morning. What a commitment to satisfaction to allow me to try this mattress for 100 days. Great Company!

I used to sweat every morning on my old mattress and the issue is gone now. I am so happy!

It’s fantastic! So comfortable and my back doesn’t hurt in the morning anymore. Totally worth the investment.
