Firm enough without being hard, soft without sinking, doesn't get hot with body temperature. Pillow is terrible for face up sleeping, better for side ones. But I think for the price it could be much better.

Can't go back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been sleeping on the queen size Hybrid Mattress for a little over a month now and I can't remember the last time I slept so consistently well. I had the traditional Casper in the past and as somebody who is NOT a hot sleeper I found myself waking up overheating more than once. Now my bf is a (very) hot sleeper so we opted for the Hybrid since it claims to have improved airflow. He hasn't woken up hot ONCE since we started sleeping on it!We are both so comfortable each night. And the best part is, we don't even feel the other disturbing the bed when they get out.

We love our Casper Hybrid Mattress. We are sleeping through the night. My husband has a bad back, he is getting the best sleep in years. He can even sleep on his back. He has not been able to do that in years. Thank you Casper mattress.

This is NOT a medium mattress, it is very firm. I like the adjustable base which is why I gave it two stars. I kept hoping I would get used to the mattress but I the pain in my shoulder would wake me up and I changed sides until the other should hurt. I also woke up hot which could have been the Casper mattress protector. The mattress protector also gets bunched up when you adjust the bed and doesn't straighten out so you end up with lumps and you have to fix it. I finally tried a gel mattress topper I had and it was much more comfortable. Live and learn buying a mattress online is not for me.

I was a little nervous about ordering a bed - sight unseen or laid on. This mattress is perfect! We had a pillow top for many, many years but I absolutely love the support this mattress has. No longer do I wake up with hip pain or back pain. Seriously. Extremely happy with the purchase!!
