Replacing after 4 years

We purchased the Hybrid King in 2019 and at first it was very comfortable. Now my husband and I have to purchase a new mattress because we wake up every morning in pain and exhausted. The bed sleeps hot even when we turn the temperature down to 68 degrees. I regret this purchase so much.

Great bed

I had a wave mattress which was the best mattress I’ve ever slept on, and I have insomnia. Unfortunately I live in Florida and the flood waters from a hurricane flooded me and I couldn’t get it replaced at the time I bought a a queen original highbred, the top layer is super soft. I feel the comfort all around me yet the springs keep me perfectly balanced. I have no aches and pains when I wake up pretty amazing someday I’ll be able to afford another wave but for now I’m good.

iI'm surprised at how "light" this mattress is--it wasn't heavy to lift--is there any insides to it?? The medium-to firm description doesn't seem accurate--seems more soft-medium to me. The dimensions state 11" high--after 9 days of expansion--mine has only reached 10".

Don’t do it.

I’ve never regretted a purchase more. It feels great the first couple of weeks but now I wake up multiple times throughout the night with back pain. Even after rotating, which honestly was worse, the pain continued. They just aren’t made well. The mattresses are unevenly put together which contributes to the pain (middle is higher than the rest). Just don’t do it. You’ll regret it. Wish I listened to other reviews.

No longer a skeptic!

Let me add to the chorus -- this is an excellent mattress! We purchased the Queen-sized original hybrid for a guest room -- the one in which our longer-stay visitors are placed (ie 3-7 nights). Consumer Reports said it was the most versatile option -- for a multitude of sleep types. Since we were planning it to be for guests, this made sense, we thought.
Fast forward about 18 months, many guests later. They have all raved about how comfortable the bed is. We even moved into that room during some renovations, spending about 5 to 6 weeks on the guest bed. We also loved it. Soft, comfortable, and suited to back, side and stomach sleeping. Our mattress sits on a simple platform bed with wood slats and it's just as sturdy as one would hope.
Now looking at the king-sized version so we can have this comfort in our own room, too. .
